1.1 The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number you indicated at the time of booking. It is also forbidden to set up tents on the property or to park caravans or campers.
1.2 If the number of people staying in the property exceeds the number you have indicated, you will be subject to a price increase.
1.3 If you exceed the maximum capacity stated in the description, the owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel the reservation at his discretion.
Pets are only allowed in certain properties and only if a request has been made at the time of booking and accepted. Their presence is not authorized without prior agreement.
3.1. Before the start of the rental period, the property is thoroughly cleaned. When you leave, you must leave it in a reasonable state of cleanliness. The regular maintenance cleaning service is included in the rental price and must restore the property to its original condition.
3.2. If the state of cleanliness in which you leave the property requires additional cleaning, the owner is authorized to take the necessary measures to remedy this and to charge the corresponding costs to your security deposit.
Additional cleaning and cooking services may be available at extra cost. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can serve you better. In this case, our liability is limited to the service described on the booking form.
5.1. Any cancellation on your part, for whatever reason, must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which we receive your written notification.

6.1. As a tenant, you must behave responsibly and take good care of the property. In particular, you must maintain all furniture, fixtures, fittings and equipment in the vacation rental in good condition and in the same condition as when you arrived.
6.2. You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to the property or its contents during your stay. In the event of damage or loss, you must pay appropriate compensation directly to the owner or to us as his agent.
8.1. Neither the Agent nor the Owner shall be liable for death or personal injury to you or to any person on the property, except where caused by the proven negligence of the Owner or Agent.
8.2. We shall not be liable for any loss, breakage or delay due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, explosions, floods, storms, fires, accidents, war or threat of war, civil disturbances, laws, restrictions, regulations, by-laws or other actions of local or governmental authorities, strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or disputes, or adverse weather conditions. In any of the above cases, we shall be entitled to consider the contract null and void. In the event of such performance of contractual obligations, our liability will be limited to the reimbursement of the sums you have paid us, corresponding to the (unused) portion of the stay calculated on a daily pro rata basis.
8.3. We cannot be held responsible for breakdowns in mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, pool filtration systems, etc., or for the failure of utilities such as water, gas and electricity.
8.4. Neither the agent nor the owner can be held responsible for any noise or disturbance originating from outside the vacation rental, or whose causes are beyond our control.
8.5. The owner is fully responsible for making the rented property available. It guarantees that the property meets the construction, health and safety standards in force in the country concerned.
12.1. In the event of disappointment with the vacation rental, you should contact the owner who will endeavour to resolve the problem. You must also inform us at the same time so that we can act as intermediary with the owner and find a satisfactory solution.
12.2. If, despite this, you are still dissatisfied and wish to make a complaint regarding the substantial qualities of the property, you must inform us within 72 hours of your arrival and confirm your complaint by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within four days of your entry into the premises. After this deadline, no claim will be considered.
